If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered because the product was received damaged, we are pleased to offer a return and exchange policy *; as long as you purchased the product from our web store (www.luminox.co.id)

• All items purchased are NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be exchanged within 3 days of receipt (based on product sent in the shipping service system). 
• Returns and Exchanges only valid if product was damaged upon the time received or a faulty product by default. 
• All items must be complete (boxes, warranty cards, manuals, product tags) and have never been used. 
• Items can only be exchanged item(s) of the same or greater value. Additional payment must be made for the difference.
• Please send us email to info@galumindo.co.id, to get a RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM.

• Defective items can be exchanged, subject to the other condition listed above and Luminox Indonesia may conduct an investigation prior to the approval or decline of an exchange.
• If there is on condition that can not be fullfilled, then we have the right to refuse replacement of the product. 
• PT GA Lumindo have a right to determine the final decision of returns and exchanges.
